These paintings, both 40" x 36" acrylic-mixed media, were created by Laura Whitesides Host and Victor Pytko during a
May 17, 2007 fund-raising event for Haven of Michigan. At 6 p.m. Pytko laid in the foundation for the painting on the left,
while Host initiated the one on the right. Every 15-20 minutes thereafter, they switched back and forth. At 8:30 p.m., the
paintings went up for auction, being bought by the same patron for $800 each.
